Capacity Planning, ERP : Modules, Master Production Schedule, MRP and MRP-II. Forecasting Techniques : Causal and time series models, moving average, exponential smoothing, trend and seasonality (Numerical), Demand Control strategies (MTO, MTA, MTS). Introduction to Supply Chain Management: Basic terminologies.
