(Chapter - 2) Unit 3 Energy Economics Costing of Utilities (Numerical) : Determination of the cost of steam, fuels, compressed air and electricity Financial Analysis Techniques (Numerical) : Simple payback, Time value of money, Net Present Value (NPV), Return on Investment (ROI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Risk and Sensitivity analysis, Energy performance contracts and role of ESCOs.
